  • Muscle without redox is a liability. Building a massive frame on dead, ungrounded cells under fluorescent lights is an illusion of health.

  • We fast with purpose and feast with precision.

  • We move outside, play hard, and collapse into deep, unmedicated sleep.

  • We don’t manage diseases. We correct the environmental misalignment that causes them.

  • Parenting begins with how we live, not what we say. We do not lecture our children; we model standard, form, and fire.
