Week 8: Energy Returns to the System
The more you listen to nature, the more nature listens back.
By now, the fatigue is fading. Your appetite is smarter. Your cravings have shifted. You are metabolically leaning out—and more importantly, you’re learning to trust your own energy again.
Week 8 is where we enter the next phase: electricity.
This week is about conductivity—how electrons move through your system and how your body responds to voltage.
You’re not just what you eat—you are what you absorb, what you conduct, what you allow to flow.
Your Commitments This Week:
Light
☀️ Sunrise remains sacred.
– First light = first charge. No sunglasses, no window glass, no distractions. Let it hit your skin and eyes.
– Morning light builds the solar callus that allows you to stay out in afternoon sun longer. The infrared and red light of morning allows more UV later in the day. This is how you start stacking health. Not only is morning light the healthiest health factor in the world, it also allows you more exposure to another incredibly beneficial modality (UV light) and access to vitamin D production.
– Continue spending as much of your day outside as possible. You should be spending an hour a day out there.
🌇 Add in dusk light.
– Ten minutes outside at sunset with no phone, no tasks. Just light into skin and retina as the day closes.
Savage Challenge → Sungaze safely at sunrise; eyes opened intermittently, only at early sunrise, look directly at the sun quickly. Look away, then back at the sun. Back and forth. You’re training your system to receive charge and entrainment.
Movement
🏃🏾Sprint 5 times as far as you can, 3 times this week.
🌀 Full-body movement that twists, spirals, and rolls.
– Crawl, bounce, rotate, stretch. Avoid machines. Be fluid.
– Spend 5 minutes barefoot on natural terrain—outside only.
Savage Challenge → Climb a tree + practice 25 falls/ground get-ups (separately, please don't fall out of a tree! Naturally fall to the ground and find as many unique ways to get up as you can)
Cold
❄️ Keep working on your natural cold plunges. Push it to twice a week if you like. Keep at the cold showers. Connect to your breath, to your mindset, to your gratitude for the practice.
🌞 Follow cold with light.
– Let yourself dry in the sun or remain outside after the cold. You are building redox power through this sequence.
Savage Challenge → Do a natural plunge until shivering+ air dry in the open weather (no towel).
Food
🍳 Protein & sunlight remain the morning ritual.
– Keep carbs seasonal and minimal. No snacking. Water only.
– Eat at least one meal outside this week—even if it’s cold. You’re training your system to digest in nature’s context.
🧂 AM Life Water
– Add a tablespoon of very high quality sea salt to 16 ounces of warm water and drink this first thing in the morning.
Savage Challenge → Eat one full meal outdoors, regardless of weather. Sitting on the ground, ideally.
Circadian
🌙 No screens 2 hours before bed.
– You should be fully transitioned to a red light environment by now. If not, now is the time.
– If needed, set alarms to remind you: when screens OFF, when lights OUT.
🌌 Track sleep and dreams.
– Keep a notebook or note in your phone to jot down dream recall. You’re beginning to restore REM and deep cycles. Dreams are the signal.
Savage Challenge → Track your dreams every night this week — no skipping.
Why This Matters
We are not calorie-burning engines. We are light-eating antennas.
Mitochondria run on charge.
Charge flows better when you’re barefoot, grounded, and breathing clean.
Movement and cold push electrons.
Dirty light and junk food clog the circuit.
You’re beginning to sense this. That’s why the protocol is working.
Now it’s time to maximize the flow.
Track Your Rhythm
✅ Morning sun—eyes and skin exposed within 30 minutes of waking
✅ Sunset grounding—10+ minutes outside with no phone
✅ Cold + grounding combo (barefoot during cold exposure)
✅ Barefoot movement on natural terrain
✅ One meal outside this week
✅ No snacking, 2 meals/day
✅ Red light only after sunset
✅ Logged a dream (or remembered one)
You don’t need more energy. You need fewer blockages to energy.
“I can feel the electric current in my feet again. Sounds like silly mystical stuff, but I feel it. My mood, digestion, and sleep changed. No supplement has ever done that.”
